The Dermatology Department at the hospital offers treatment for all types of skin diseases including those which are sexually transmitted. The treatments provided here include dermatological surgery for removal of skin growth, correction of pigmentary disorders etc. Improved laboratory facilities for diagnosis and a skin pharmacy for making individualized skin and cosmetic preparations are the other highlights of the department. An ICU for severe skin diseases and burns will be started in addition to a medical and surgical ICU.
