Shree Hospital is conducting this course with the aim of training young girls up to the age of 22 years, who have basic education upto std 10th and are unable to proceed with further studies because of the poor socio economic background. The course is condensed into a module of 6 months which includes theory classes, practical demonstration and exposure to nursing care and patients care. Grooming in better behaviour and manners is also imparted simultaneously.

The girl are put into the shift duties, so that they get equal opportunities to work with different consultants, doctors and nurses and get exposed to wide spectrum of practical experience.

The students are provided with a stipend of Rs.1500/- per month so that they can support themselves during the training period and will be encouraged to complete the course.

 The course comprises of 62 hours of lectures and more than 50 practical demonstrations with scope for revision and repetition for weak students.

On completion  of the course, examinations will be held and the qualified students will be issued with a certicate. Selevcted candidates may be absorbed as nursing assistant in our hospital.
