  • How do I schedule a medical appointment at Shree hospital?

    Please call Shree hospital at 020 46941111 or visit hospital between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sundays. You can also mail us at info@shreehospital.com.
    However emergency department is open 24x7.
     
  • I have already taken an appointment via Phone/Online, where should I report?

    If you are visiting hospital for the first time, please complete the registration formalities at the registration counter.
    Please carry your hospital card provided to you during your first registration or at least your hospital number whenever you visit Shree hospital. Thereafter approach the enquiry counter who will then guide you further. If you do not remember your UHID Number, then please provide the answers to the queries asked by the front office staff who will then retrieve your Number. However, do not register again and obtain a new registration number.
     
  • Are all the consultants available 24 hours?

    Yes, In case of emergency we have doctors available round the clock.
    In case of consultation we request you to take a prior appointment to check doctors’ OPD schedule in order to avoid waiting time.   
     
  • Do we need to pay any advance at the time of consultation and admission?

    Yes, patients are required to pay the consultation fee or a deposit as per the category of the bed at the time of admission. In case of a surgery or a procedure, the total estimated amount has to be deposited with the hospital before the surgery.
     
  • What is the mode of payment?

    Patients can make the deposit by cash, debit or credit cards or demand draft. We do not accept cheques.
     
  • Is my Mediclaim policy accepted at your hospital?

    Yes, if your TPA is on the panel of our hospital. In case if TPA is not affiliated to us, we offer all the necessary assistance and support in all the best way possible that a patient requires in billing and procedures involved regarding.
     
  • Do you have an ambulance service?

    Yes, we have an ambulance service 24/7. Please contact on 020 46941111.
     
  • Is outside food allowed into the hospital?

    We provide complimentary food for the patient from the hospital kitchen. Attendants need to make their own arrangements or eat in the cafeteria.
     
  • If I am admitted to the hospital can a relative stay with me in the hospital during the night?
     
Only one bystander is permitted to stay along with the patient during nights.

 
  • Can we buy medicines or consumables from outside?

    All the medicines and consumables are provided by the hospital pharmacy only. We don’t allow outside medicines as to avoid and unwanted complications in the treatment.
     
  • Is patient permitted to use his cell phone in the hospital?

    Yes.
     
  • I am driving to the hospital. Does the hospital provide parking facilities?
     
We have ample parking space inside our hospital premises. However, in case the parking is full our security personnel will direct you regarding.

 
  • How can I follow up with my doctor once I go home?

    For all in-patients, discharge summary will be provided at the time of the discharge. The number for contacting the concerned doctor is provided in the summary.  You can also contact the hospital to schedule an appointment with the concern doctor.
    In case of out-patients the medical prescription provided by the concerned doctor contains the doctor’s/hospital telephone number for further follow up
